Consisting of thousands ones and zeros a "digital" brain is depicted on Brainlabs biggest glass facade, featuring parts of the original code of the first Brainlab software product.
Looking at it from a distance clearly makes you realize the brain, while being close to the building the bigger picture disappears.
In close collaboration with the companies owner I developed the brain as a greyscale picture with 8 shades of grey. Next I translated it into zeros and ones with 8 different variations in font thickness to create depth and height. I was overseeing the production process to make sure everything turns out fine.
